Did you complete the new and returning member form? As soon as you complete that, your information will be verified and automatically populated in the points sheet above.
I haven't been credited for an event!
How long ago was the event? Sometimes it takes us some time in order to link and populate the data. Please give us a few days for that to appear. If it takes longer than a week, please send an email to the reporting officer.
Did you complete the sign-in form at the event? Sometimes people forget or there is an error or timeout on the backend. In that case, do send an email to the reporting officer to get that sorted.
I thought I was supposed to be credited X for Y?
