Mission Statement:
We strive to acquaint students having mutual interests, to attract professionals and recruiters from the accounting profession and other related fields to UHCL, and to perform service projects that will promote interest and achievement in accounting. The goal of this organization is to inform students of current changes in the accounting profession and prepare students for the transition between school and work.
The Accounting Association is sponsored by the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA), a nonprofit organization representing people from many different professions in the business community. Students have an opportunity to participate in IMA activities. The Houston chapter conducts a meeting every third Thursday of the month.

1st and Last Meetings of the Semester are in Bayou Bldg Forest Room
All other meetings are in SSCB 2310 at 11:30
